Front nine holes are flat and run along the Guadiana river but second nine holes are more undulated and tighter making them more challenging.
Costa Esuri West, designed by Jose Canales is a 18 hole golf course located on the bank of the Guadiana river, which determines the border between Spain and Portugal. Several of the holes offer spectacular views of the countryside and over the river into Portugal and gives the golfer the opportunity to enjoy the incredible wildlife. It is a long course, over 6.600 metres in length, with wide fairways, fast greens and exquisite shaping, and with spectacular views of the Guadiana and of Portugal. The golf course have been designed to challenge golfer of all levels. From its links-style holes to holes between valleys and woodland, not forgetting the marshes, lakes and the river Guadiana that protects some greens and fairways. |
